Thee dispatcher informed me that nobody was available to bring me to the hotel. My email confirmed Sept 7, as did the app on my phone. In informed me that they had me scheduled for September 9. When I hadn’t heard from the company the morning of my arrival, standing outside at the airport with my luggage in 100 degree weather, I called dispatcher. My reservation for which I had an email confirmation was for September 7 at 10:45 am. I had a prepaid reservation from Denver airport to Sheraton in downtown Denver.
